肾消水汤联合激素治疗小儿难治性肾病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察肾消水汤联合激素治疗小儿难治性肾病的疗效。方法:选取2016年4月—2018年4月在我院治疗的136例难治性肾病患儿作为研究对象,分成对照组和观察组,对照组给予细胞毒类药物治疗,观察组使用肾消水汤联合激素治疗,分析比较两组患儿的检验指标,包括尿素氮、肌酐、胆固醇、白蛋白等;比较两组患者治疗后的总有效率;比较两组患儿的不良反应发生率。结果:对照组的尿素氮、肌酐、胆固醇、甘油三酯均高于观察组,而白蛋白低于观察组;观察组的总有效率(97.05%)高于对照组(67.65%);对照组的不良反应发生率高于观察组,对照组和观察组的不良反应发生率分别为4.41%、22.05%,差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肾消水汤联合激素治疗小儿难治性肾病疗效好,临床使用价值高。Objective： To observe the curative effect of Shen Xiao Shui decoction combined with hormone in the treatment of Refractory Nephrosis in children. Methods： 136 children with refractory nephrosis treated in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2018 were selected as the research object and divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was treated with cytotoxic drugs, and the observation group was treated with kidney Xiao Shui decoction combined with hormone treatment. The test indexes of two groups of patients were compared, including urea nitrogen, creatinine, cholesterol, albumin, etc .The total effective rate after treatment in the two groups, the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was compared. Results： The total effective rate in the observation group （97.05%） was higher than that in the control group （67.65%）, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was higher than that in the observation group. The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group and the observation group was 4.41% and 22.05%, respectively. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Shenxiaishui decoction combined with hormone is effective in the treatment of refractory nephropathy in children.
