摘  要:随着水电厂自动化程度越来越高,绝大部分电厂已运用监控系统操作,负荷调整基本上都采取PID闭环调节模式,但如果PID调节模式中出现采集单元故障时,往往会引起超负荷情况出现。针对黄龙滩电厂PID调节模式中曾出现的采集单元故障,研究并采取了一些相应的措施,有效防止了发电机过负荷运行。With the development of the automation techniques, automatic operation based on the monitoring system is now adopted in many hydropower stations, in which the load adjustment is carried out in PID closed-loop regulation mode. However, if the data acquisition units in the PID regulation mode fail to function normally, overloading fault may occur. Based on the practical experience in Huanglongtan Hydropower Plant, some countermeasures are proposed and implemented to prevent the overloading operation of the units in case of the data acquisition unit failure.
