摘 要:为了探究甜椒不同部位叶片光合生理等方面的变化,通过对荷兰品种‘Palermo RZ’在玻璃温室中的长季节栽培,研究了玻璃温室中甜椒不同部位叶片(上部、中部、下部)光合作用日变化,同时测量了不同部位叶片大小、单位叶面积质量及叶绿素、类胡萝卜素和碳水化合物含量的变化。结果表明:饱和光强下,甜椒叶片在晴天和阴天均有较强的光合作用潜力,晴天甜椒的光合作用潜力要明显大于阴天;甜椒上部叶片光合作用最强,但在晴朗天气下可能会出现短时光合"午休"现象;中部叶片净光合速率较上部叶片略低,下部叶片净光合速率最低,但仍有一定的光合能力。甜椒上部和中部叶片淀粉含量较低,而蔗糖和可溶性总糖含量较高,是叶片光合产物的主要输出源,下部叶片虽然淀粉含量最高,但是叶片中仍有较多可溶性糖含量。甜椒栽培生产中应尽量增加温室透光率,尤其是8:00—16:00,同时注意维持老叶的生长,充分发挥其所有叶片的光合潜力。In order to explore the changes of photosynthetic physiology- in different positions of sweet pepper leaves,the Dutch variety ' Palermo RZ' was cultivated in glass greenhouse for a long season. The diurnal changes of photosynthesis werestudied in different positions of sweet pepper leaves (upper, middle, and lower). Meanwhile, we measured the leaf size, unit area of leaf quality, chlorophyll, carotenoids, starch, sucrose and total soluble sugar contents for different positions leaves. The results showed that the sweet pepper leaves had strong potential photosynthesis ability in saturated in-adiance levels on sunny and cloudy day. The potential photosynthesis ability of sunny day is clearly higher than cloudy day. The upper leaves maintained the highest photosynthesis, but photosynthetic midday depression would appear on sunny day for short time. The middle leaves had lower net photosynthetic rate compared to the upper, and the lowest net photosynthetic rate was the lower leaves which still had some extent photosynthesis ability. The upper and middle leaves of sweet pepper which were considered as the main source of outputting assimilation products had low starch content,high sucrose and total soluble sugar content. The lower leaves contained high starch content,but still possessed lots of soluble sugar. The growers should increase the greenhouse light transmittance which especially at 8:00--16: 00, and maintain the old leaves growth to maximize all leaves photosynthetic potential in sweet pepper cultivation practice.
