摘  要:为了筛选出高杆品种矮化处理的适宜多效唑浓度,对粳籼杂交水稻品种‘浦优201’本田期进行喷施不同浓度的多效唑试验。结果表明:株高、穗长、粒数、茎秆节数、节间长度及茎秆干物质重与多效唑浓度呈负相关;千粒重与多效唑浓度呈正相关,穗数与多效唑浓度没有相关性;同时,多效唑浓度对生育期也有不同程度的影响。综合考虑株高和产量构成等多重因素,在拔节前喷施900 mg/L多效唑最为适宜。In order to select the suitable concentration of dwarfing treatment for tall rice cultivars, we sprayed different concentrations of paclobutrazol on the Japonica-indica hybrid rice ' Puyou 201 '. The results showed that the plant height, spike length, grain number, stem number, internode length and stem dry weight wee negatively correlated with the paclobutrazol concentration; 1 000-grain weight was positively correlated with concentration;the spike number was proved to be unrelated to the concentration of the paclobutrazol;Meanwhile, the paclobutrazol concentration had different effects in different growth periods. Considering the muhiple factors of plant,it was suitable to spray 900 mg/L paclobutrazol before jointing stage.
