摘　　要："十三五"期间,喇萨杏油田伴生气量呈逐年减少趋势,大庆油田天然气分公司轻烃回收装置的负荷率也将逐年降低,节能空间很大。为了做好轻烃回收装置的节能降耗工作,重点介绍了两种技术措施:通过离心式压缩机电能消耗的影响因素分析及负荷率最优控制点的计算,确定了轻烃回收装置的处理气量范围,据此通过伴生气管网进行合理的气量调配,减少压缩机组回流量,达到节能降耗的目的;探索使用了高压变频器对萨南深冷装置压缩机组工艺参数进行调节,根据不同的原料气量调节压缩机转速,实现了压缩机组的自动控制,提高了能效比。原料气单耗降低0.002 kWh/m^3,月节电3.62×10~4kWh,月节约成本2.29万元,节能效果显著,改善了不稳定运行工况,简化了工艺操作。During the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period, the amount of associated gas in the Lasaxing Oilfield has been decreasing year by year. The load rate of the light hydrocarbon recovery unit of Daqing Oilfield Natural Gas Branch will also decrease year by year, and the energy saving space is very large. In order to do a good job in energy saving and consumption reduction of light hydrocarbon recovery unit, the following two technical measures are mainly introduced. First, the light hydrocarbon recovery is determined by the analysis of the influencing factors of the power consumption of the centrifugal compressor and the calculation of the optimal control point of the load rate. The treatment gas volume range of the device is based on the reasonable gas volume distribution through the associated gas pipeline network to reduce the return flow of the compressor unit and achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction. The second is to explore the use of high-voltage frequency converter to regulate the process parameters of the SANAN cryogenic unit compressor unit. Adjust the compressor speed according to different raw material gas volume, realize the automatic control of the compressor unit, improve the energy efficiency ratio, the raw material gas consumption is reduced by 0.002 kWh/m^3,the monthly power saving is 3.62×10~4 kWh, and the monthly saving operation cost is 22,900 yuan. The energy saving effect is very significant, and the unstable operating conditions are improved, and the process operation is simplified.
