摘  要:针对大庆油田萨中开发区抽油机井系统效率普遍偏低的现状,依据现场统计资料,研究和分析了影响系统效率的主要因素,归纳为地面因素、井下因素和管理因素三大方面,并制定了相应的治理措施和提高方法,即优化组合地面节能设备、合理调整井下工作参数、提高节能技术管理水平。结合油田现场实际情况,绘制出抽油机井能耗管理控制图,并对该图分析研究,采取对应措施,提高了抽油机井系统效率。According to the current situation of the generally low system efficiency of the pumping unit wells in Central Sa development area of Daqing Oilfield, the main factors affecting the system efficiency are studied and analyzed which are based on the on-site statistical data. These factors are summarized into three aspects: ground factor, down-hole factor and management factor. And the corresponding governance measures and improvement methods have been formulated, namely, optimized combination of ground energy-saving equipment,reasonable adjustment of down-hole working parameters, and strengthening of energy management. Combined with the actual situation of the oilfield site, the energy consumption management control chart of the pumping wells is drawn, and the map is analyzed and researched, and corresponding measures are taken to improve the system efficiency of the pumping well.
