摘  要:以制革废弃牛毛为原料,通过碱水解、双氧水漂白和环氧树脂交联,制备了牛毛蛋白复鞣剂。以牛毛水解液的漂白效果及α-氨基含量为评价指标,优化了水解液漂白工艺。采用FT-IR、uV-Vis和GPC,分析了牛毛水解液经漂白和交联后其官能团结构和分子质量的变化。结果表明,双氧水可破坏牛毛水解液中的黑色素实现漂白。双氧水用量5%、温度70%、时间80min、pH值为8时牛毛水解液漂白效果最佳。牛毛水解物经环氧树脂交联后,其产物摩尔质量从6000g/mol增加到1500%/mol左右,有助于增强对皮革的填充效果。Waste bovine hair from tannery was used to prepare retanning agent through alkali hydrolysis, hydrogen peroxide bleaching and epoxy resin crosslinking. The bleaching conditions were optimized in terms of bleaching effect and α-amino content of hydrolysate. The chemical structure and molecular size of the hydrolysates after bleaching and crosslinking were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), ultraviolet visible (UV-Vis) and gel permeation chromatography (GPC). The results show that melanin in hydrolysate can be destroyed by H202. "The optimized bleaching parameters are concluded as follows: H:O2 dosage 5%, temperature 7℃, time 80min and pH value 8. The molar mass of crosslinked product increases from 6 000g/mol to 15 000g/mol, which should be beneficial to the filling effect of crust leather.
