摘  要:考察了不同温度及紫外光作用下铬鞣皮革样品中六价铬含量的变化。结果表明,在温度为80℃以及紫外光下分别处理12h后,所测的37块皮革样品中,30块的六价铬含量增加,7块六价铬含量未变化(未检出)。在60-90℃条件下的热老化结果表明,样品中六价铬的含量随着温度升高逐渐增加;紫外光老化过程中,随着温度升高(35-50℃),样品中六价铬的含量亦明显增加。试验结果反映了预老化对铬鞣皮革样品中六价铬的影响具有显著性。The effects of temperature and UV-light on the content of hexavalent chromium in chrome tanned leather samples were investigated and 37 pieces of leather samples were tested. The results present that chromium hexavalent contents increase in 30 leather samples after the 12h pre-ageing treatment by heating at 80~C and UV-light irradiation respectively. There are no changes in other 7 leather samples. The pre-ageing by heating (60-90℃ ) present that hexavalent chromium contents in the samples increase obviously with the rising of temperature, and the same tendency is obtained by UV-light with the rising of temperature ( 35 - 50℃ ). The experimental results indicate that there is significance effect of pre-ageing treatment on hexavalent chromium content in chrome-tanned leather.
