摘 要:为了得到耐水解、软而不粘软革用水性聚氨酯,在优化聚醚二元醇、异氰酸酯配比前提下。研究了后交联和后扩链对聚醚型水性聚氨酯防粘性能的影响。结果表明:当摩尔比n(PPG):n(PTMG)=3:3,n(IPDI):n(HDI)=3:1,选用KH550作为后交联剂,用量为乳液的0.2%时,100%模量和拉伸强度分别为0.94MPa和6.02MPa,断裂伸长率可达800%,所得涂层柔软、防粘性大幅提升。在水性聚氨酯分散体中继续添加H12MDI进行后扩链后,进一步提升了涂膜的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和防粘性。In order to get the hydrolysis resistant and anti-stickiness of waterborne polyurethane for soft leather, the influences of post-crosslinking and post-chain extension on the anti-stickiness of polyether type waterborne polyure- thane were investigated based on optimization of mole ratio of polyether diol and isocyanate. Results indicate that when mole ratio ofn (PPG) : n (PTMG) is 3 : 3, n (IPDI) : n (HDI) is 3 : 1, KH550 is chosen as the post crosslin ing agent and the dosage is controlled to 0.2% (based emulsion mass), The 100% modulus and tensile strength of the films are 0. 94MPa and 6.02MPa respectively, the elongation at break reaches 800%. The softness and anti-stickiness of films are improved. After post chain extension by adding H12MDI to the waterborne polyurethane dispersions, the tensile strength, elongation at break and anti-stickiness of the coating are further enhanced.
