摘  要:糖尿病是以糖、脂代谢紊乱为主要表现的代谢性疾病,其并发症导致致死率和致残率极高.目前糖尿病确切的发病机制仍未可知,也未见有效的根治方法.代谢组学作为一种能够识别和测量生物体代谢变化的新技术,可以揭示机体生命活动的代谢本质,其在糖尿病疾病预测、疾病诊断、发病机制和药物疗效评价方面发挥重大作用,其主要的检测手段包括核磁共振与质谱技术.Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disease which mainly characterized by glucose and lipid metabolism disorders,and its complications lead to extremely high mortality and disability.The exact pathogenesis of diabetes is still unknown,and there is no effective cure.As a new technology,metabonomics can identify and measure metabolic changes in organisms,reveal the metabolic nature of organisms,vital movement.It plays a major role in the prediction,diagnosis,pathogenesis and drug efficacy of diabetes mellitus.Detection methods of metabolomics include nuclear magnetic resonance and mass spectrometry techniques.
