摘  要:目的对用于献血前检测献血者血红蛋白(Hb)的1种全血血红蛋白快速检测仪(Compo Lab TS)做性能评价。方法采用低中高值质控品,使用该仪器检测Hb,评价其精密度;采集29(人)份献血者抗凝血,分别用Compo Lab TS与K-4500血细胞分析仪(简称K-4500)检测Hb,评价两者的相关性;选择日温差较大的10月份,采集2 793(人)份献血者抗凝血,用硫酸铜目测法(硫酸铜法)、Compo Lab TS及K-4500平行检测Hb,评价日温差对试验结果的影响。结果 Compo Lab TS仪器检测Hb低、中、高值的变异系数(r)分别为1. 42%、1. 33%、0. 66%; Compo Lab TS与K-4500检测Hb,两者线性回归方程y=1. 016 9x-0. 1853,r=0. 991 8;硫酸铜法Compo Lab TS和K-4500检测Hb不合格率分别为3. 01%、1. 25%和1. 39%(P〈0. 01),而Compo Lab TS和K-4500检测Hb不合格率相近(P〉0. 05)。结论Compo Lab TS血红蛋白检测仪精密度符合要求,与K-4500仪器检测结果相关性较好,与硫酸铜法比较,不受日温差大的影响,可用于献血前Hb的快速初筛。Objective To evaluate a whole blood hemoglobin rapid detection instrument( Compo Lab TS) and its performance in Hb detection in blood donors before blood donation. Methods Low,medium and high quality control products were used to test Hb and evaluate its precision; anticoagulant blood was collected from 29 donors and Hb tests were conducted using Compo Lab TS and K-4500 blood cell analyzer( K-4500 for short). The Correlation between the two was evaluated; The temperature fact was also analyzed by performing Hb tests on 2 793 anticoagulant blood samples using the copper sulfate visual method( referred to as copper sulfate method),Compo Lab TS and K-4500 in Oct,when the temperature difference between morning and evening was relatively large. Results The variation coefficients of the low,medium and high Hb control samples measured by Compo Lab TS instrument were 1. 42%,1. 33% and 0. 66%,respectively; In the Compo Lab TS/k-4500 Hb test,both yielded a linear regression equation: y = 1. 016 9 x-0. 1853,r = 0. 991 8; There was a significant difference( P〈0. 01) between copper sulfate and Compo Lab TS/K-4500 for Hb detection in failure rate,while no significant difference between Compo Lab TS and k-4500 was found( P〉0. 05). Conclusion The precision of Compo Lab TS hemoglobin detector conforms to the requirements,and presentsd consistent positive correlation to K-4500. Compared with the copper sulfate specific gravity method,Compolab TS is not affected by temperature differences,and thus applies to rapid Hb screening before blood donation.
