Application of social contradiction analysis in the conflict between physicians and patients

摘　　要：There have been more and more violent medical injuries in China. Many physicians are too busy facing the case to work. The contradiction between physicians and patients harmed the physical and mental health of medical personnel, interfered the normal medical order, and caused great harm to society. Now Chinese physicians are going to treat patients according to the law rather than the actual situation. How to ensure the safety of medical practitioners and ease the medical contradictions has become an urgent problem to be solved. In contrast, 20 years ago, when traditional Chinese medicine was dominant in China, few people had heard of physician-patient conflict. Could the treatment of interpersonal relationships in traditional Chinese medicine provide new inspiration for the modern medical system？ Therefore, we used social contradictions method and traditional Chinese medicine theory to analyze the underlying causes of medical conflict and put forward some new strategies.
