水污染治理产业运营模式创新探讨

摘　　要：水污染状况日益严重,目前已形成巨大的水污染治理产业市场。水污染治理产业发展必须真正做到"市场起决定性作用"和"更好发挥政府作用"。造成水污染治理产业发展缓慢的巨大障碍之一是运营模式不合理、不科学。通过运用科学的治理模式来达到污水治理的目的已成为趋势,水污染的治理工作已然不只是政府需要投入人力物力来解决的问题,而是需要和具有科学治理模式的企业共同联手治理,是中国水污染治理产业发展的合理科学运营模式。加强水污染治理产业发展的政策、法律与技术研究,是一个非常重要的现实问题。The water pollution situation has become increasingly serious, and a huge market for water pollution control industry has been formed. The development of water pollution control industry must truly achieve ＂the market plays a decisive role＂ and ＂better play the role of the government.＂ One of the great obstacles to the slow development of the water pollution control industry is that the operating model is unreasonable and unscientific. It has become a trend to use the scientific governance model to achieve the goal of sewage treatment. The treatment of water pollution is not only a problem that the government needs to invest in human and material resources, but needs to be jointly managed by enterprises with scientific governance models. It is China. A rational scientific operation mode for the development of water pollution control industry. Strengthening the policy, legal and technical research on the development of water pollution control industry is a very important practical issue.
