摘  要:为快速测定焦化废水的色度,针对稀释倍数法在色度测定中存在的问题,用分光光度法改进色度测定。通过波谱扫描,确定最佳吸收波长为395 nm,绘制色度与吸光度之间的工作曲线C=706.06A+11.807(R2=0.9996),并进行了准确度的检验。结果表明,在50倍以上色度条件下利用分光光度法测定焦化废水的色度,具有较好的准确性;在低色度条件下对水样进行过滤后测定,测定结果与稀释倍数法结果之间存在1.4倍的关系。In order to quickly determine the chroma of coking wastewater, the chromatographic method was used to improve the colorimetric determination of the problems in the colorimetric determination by the dilution factor method. Through the spectral scanning, the optimal absorption wavelength was determined to be 395 nm, and the working curve between the chromaticity and the absorbance was plotted C=706.06 A+11.807(R2=0.9996), and the accuracy was tested. The results show that the spectrophotometric method is used to determine the chroma of coking wastewater under the condition of more than 50 times chroma, which has good accuracy. The water sample is filtered and measured under low chroma condition. The determination result and the dilution factor method result. There is a 1.4-fold relationship between them.
