摘　　要：城市餐厨垃圾常与一般生活垃圾混合排放,这给城市餐厨垃圾处理带来了困难。本文对城市餐厨垃圾的概念及特点进行了简要介绍,并就常见的城市餐厨垃圾处理技术进行了探讨,以期为实际应用提供一定参考价值。Urban kitchen waste is often mixed with general household waste, which brings difficulties to the treatment of urban kitchen waste. This paper briefly introduces the concept and characteristics of urban kitchen waste, and discusses the common urban kitchen waste treatment technology, in order to provide a certain reference value for practical application.
