社区康复护理对脑卒中恢复期尿失禁的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察社区康复护理对脑卒中恢复期尿失禁疗效。方法随机将58例的脑卒中恢复期尿失禁患者分为对照组(=28)和试验组(=30)。对照组给予常规门诊内科,康复治疗及常规护理,试验组在上述基础上辅以给予社区康复护理综合治疗。治疗8周后,比较两组患者在治疗前、后的尿失禁对患者生活质量的影响程度(ICI-Q-SF评分)、膀胱残余尿量。结果治疗后,试验组的尿失禁对患者生活质量的影响程度(ICI-Q-SF)评分、膀胱残余尿量均低于对照组(<0.05)。结论社区康复护理对改善脑卒中恢复期尿失禁症患者的生活质量并减少残余尿量。Objective To observe the effect of community rehabilitation nursing on urinary incontinence in stroke patients at convalescent stage. Methods 58 stroke cases with urinary incontinence at convalescent stage were randomly divided into 2 groups： control group （n =28） and experiment group （n =30）; routine outpatient internal medical treatment, rehabilitation and nursing were applied to cases in both groups while community rehabilitation nursing was added to cases in experiment group; the treatment lasted for 8 weeks, the ICI-Q-SF scores and the volume of bladder residual urine of the cases before treatment were compared with those after treatment and a comparative study was made between the 2 groups. Results After treatment, the ICI-Q-SF scores and the volume of bladder residual urine of the cases in experiment group were lower and smaller than those of the cases in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Community rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the quality of life and reduce the volume of bladder residual urine in stroke patients with urinary incontinence at convalescent stage.
