摘　　要：竹笋以其低糖、低脂肪、高纤维等特性越来越受到人们的喜爱,竹笋销量日益增加,产量与品质成为笋用竹林经营的主要目标之一。笋用竹林的丰产栽培技术对于提高笋用竹林的经营效益至关重要。文章分析了当前笋用竹经营中普遍存在的问题,结合已有的研究成果总结了笋用竹丰产栽培的关键技术,并对笋用竹林可持续经营提出了建议,以期为笋用竹林的高产培育与可持续利用提供参考。Bamboo shoots are more and more popular for their low sugar, low fat and high fiber, and their sales volume has gone up. The production and quality of bamboo shoots is one of the main objectives of shoot bamboo forest management. The high-yield cultivation technique is very important to improve the management benefits of shoot bamboo forest. The paper analyzes the problems commonly found in the management of shoot bamboo forest, summarizes the key techniques of its high-yield cultivation, and put forard suggestions for sustainable management of shoot bamboo forest, which would provide references to the high-yield cultivation and sustainable utilization of shoot bamboo forest.
