摘 要:脊髓损伤(SCI)是中枢神经系统的严重创伤性疾病,传统治疗方法包括单纯手术减压、药物治疗及康复训练等,但其对神经细胞的修复及再生作用非常有限。目前研究已证实脂肪干细胞(ADSCs)可通过多种途径移植入损伤个体,并在宿主神经损伤部位存活、增殖及分化,从而发挥修复中枢神经系统的作用。因此选择一种高效、安全、适宜的移植方法显得格外重要。对SCI的修复有确切的疗效,且ADSCs具有含量丰富、提取率高、扩增能力及活性强等优点,使ADSCs成为SCI研究的重点细胞之一。目前ADSCs移植治疗SCI的途径有多条,但其具体机制尚未明确,分析不同移植途径的优缺点及ADSCs发挥作用的具体机制,有助于进一步探讨ADSCs的合适移植途径及作用机制。Spinal cord injury(SCI) is a serious traumatic disease of the central nervous system. Traditional treatment methods include simple surgical decompression, drug therapy and rehabilitation training, but the effect in the repair and regeneration of nerve cells is very limited. Current research has confirmed adipose stem cells(ADSCs) can be transplanted into injured individuals through a variety of ways, which can survive, proliferate and differentiate in the host nerve injury site, thereby playing a role in repairing the central nervous system. How to choose an efficient, safe and appropriate transplantation method is particularly important. ADSCs have the advantages of definite efficacy on SCI recovery, abundant content,high extraction rate,high amplification ability and strong activity, which make ADSCs become one of the key cells in SCI research. At present, there are many ways to treat SCI with ADSCs, though the specific mechanism is not clear. Analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of different transplantation pathways and the specific mechanisms of ADSCs is helpful to further exploration on the appropriate transplantation pathway- and action mechanisms.
