摘 要:针对合成氨尿素生产污水氨氮含量高的处理难点,采用以SBR-BAF为核心的处理技术,该技术可有效处理合成氨尿素生产污水,在进水COD_(Cr)质量浓度为500~2 300 mg/L,氨氮质量浓度为100~280 mg/L的条件下,出水COD_(Cr)质量浓度低于40 mg/L,氨氮质量浓度低于5 mg/L。经过处理后的污水达到《炼油化工企业污水回用管理导则》中初级再生水用于循环冷却水补充水的水质要求。Wastewater from synthetic ammonia and urea production contains high concentration of ammonia nitrogen, according to the difficulty, SBR - BAF process was adopted as the core technology for its treatment. When the mass concentrations of CODcr and ammonia nitrogen were 500 - 2 300 and 100 - 280 mg/L respectively, the corresponding indexes of the effluent water were lower than 40 and 5 mg/L respectively through the treatment. The effluent water quality met the requirement of Guidelines for the Management of Wastewater Reuse in Oil Refining and Chemical Enterprises about primary reclaimed water reused as circulating cooling water make-up water.
