卫生监督人员心理健康教育融入思想政治教育的实践

摘　　要：卫生监督人员在新时期新常态下的卫生监督执法过程中面临着较大的困境与压力,心理健康受到很大影响,通过对卫生监督人员的心理健康进行分析,引入了心理健康教育,并将其融入思想政治教育,从而构建起执法人员心理健康教育机制,进而通过实践引导执法人员正确认识自己、有效地调控自己的心理和行为,从而在监督执法中保持健康的心理和良好的沟通,正确对待当前面临的困境与压力,做到依法行政、依法监督、依法履职,达到构建和谐执法环境、夯实社会主义和谐社会重要基础的目的,切实解决当前执法队伍中存在的突出问题,实现卫生监督事业的又好又快发展。Health supervisors face greater difficulties and pressures in the process of health supervision and en？forcement under the new normal of the new period, and mental health is greatly affected. This paper analyzes themental health of health supervisors, introduces mental health education, and integrates them into ideological andpolitical education, thus constructs a mental health education mechanism for law enforcement personnel, andthen guides law enforcement personnel to correctly understand themselves and effectively regulate themselves inpractice, psychology and behavior, so as to maintain a healthy mentality and good communication in supervisionand law enforcement, correctly treat the current difficulties and pressures, and perform administration accordingto law, supervise according to law, perform duties according to law, achieve a harmonious law enforcement envi-ronment, and consolidate socialist harmony. The purpose of the important foundation of society is to effectivelysolve the hard problems existing in the current law enforcement team and achieve a sound and rapid developmentof the health supervision cause.
