摘  要:浮筏系统隔振效果的评价方法中,功率流方法综合考虑了振动的力与速度,从能量的观点分析,但只能对高度简化为梁、板的简单结构进行理论研究;有限元分析方法可以处理大型复杂结构的计算,但不能以能量的观点全面评价隔振效果.文中在有限元分析方法的基础上,结合功率流理论,提出了一种新的评价浮筏隔振效果的方法.在有限元软件ANSYS中直观的建立复杂浮筏系统结构并进行谐响应分析,处理后得到关键节点的力与速度,并由此计算输入系统和从系统输出的功率流,从而判断系统的隔振效果,功率流的传递率越低,表示系统的隔振效果越好.计算结果表明了该方法的实用性和便利性.In the evaluation method of vibration isolation effect of floating raft system, the admittance power flow method comprehensively considers the force and velocity of vibration and analyzes it from the energy point of view. But the admittance power flow method was only useful to theoretical analysis of highly simplified structure such as beam and plate. The finite element analysis method can deal with the calculation of large and complex structures, but it cannot comprehensively evaluate the vibration isolation effect from the viewpoint of energy. Based on the finite element analysis method and combined with power flow theory, this paper presents a new method to evaluate the vibration isolation effect of floating raft. In the finite element software ANSYS, the complex floating raft system structure was intuitively established and harmonic response analysis was carried out. After processing, the force and speed of key nodes were obtained, and the power flow from the input system and the output system was calculated to judge the vibration isolation effect of the system. The lower the power flow transfer rate, the better the vibration isolation effect of the system. The calculation results show that the method is practical and convenient.
