摘 要:为了满足船用外壳端口辐射发射限值要求,屏蔽箱体结构应进行针对性设计,以提高箱体屏蔽效能.文中从单屏蔽箱体谐振、双屏蔽箱体谐振及双屏蔽箱体孔洞大小数量三方面,对箱体屏蔽效能进行优化.利用三维电磁场仿真软件,从以上三方面进行仿真研究并提出了单屏蔽箱体几何结构设计建议;双屏蔽箱体比单屏蔽箱体具有更高的屏蔽效能,且双屏蔽箱体谐振特性主要由内屏蔽箱体决定;提高双屏蔽箱体屏蔽效能的孔洞布置建议.In order to meet the radiation emission limit requirements of the ship's shell port, the shielding box structure should be designed to improve the shielding effectiveness of the box. In this paper, the shielding effectiveness of the box body was optimized from three aspects: the resonance of the single shielding box body, the resonance of the double shielding box body and the number of holes in the double shielding box body.Using the three-dimensional electromagnetic field simulation software, the simulation research was carried out from the above three aspects and the design proposal of single shielding box geometry structure was put forward. The results show that the double shielding box has higher shielding efficiency than the single shielding box, and the resonance characteristics of the double shielding box are mainly determined by the inner shielding box. Some suggestions on how to improve the shielding effectiveness of the double shielding box are also put forward.
