摘  要:目前全球能源发展紧迫形势,针对一体化反应堆的研究在世界各国积极开展,而直流蒸汽发生器无疑是其中极为重要的一部分。文中旨在研究针对套管式直流蒸汽发生器的控制方法。首先通过分析套管式直流蒸汽发生器的工作机理,建立模块化数学模型。之后提出的一体化反应堆直流蒸汽发生器的压力、水位、燃水比控制方法的协调控制策略,可以满足直流蒸汽发生器在正常工况运行时对于压力、水位的规定要求,保证出口蒸汽质量。文中提出的控制策略将有助于解决直流蒸汽发生器以及一体化反应堆的实际控制问题。As the urgent situation of global energy development at present,the research on integrated reactors is carried out actively all over the word. Undoubtly,the once-through steam generator( OTSG) is one of the most important parts. This paper aims to study the control strategy of the casing once-through steam generator. Firstly,the working mechanism of the casing OTSG is analyzed. The modularization model is bulit up. Then,the coordination control strategy of the pressure,water level and ratio of fuel to water control of the OTSG in the integral reactor is proposed in this paper. The control strategy can meet the requirements of the pressure and water level when the OTSG working on steady conditions to guarantee the quality of outlet steam. The control strategy proposed in the paper will contribute to solve the actual control problems of the OTSG and integral reactor.
