摘　　要：基于内源发展理念对基层图书馆的馆藏资源建设进行探讨,通过对符合内源发展理念的相关因素进行分析,提出基层图书馆馆藏信息资源建设实现内源发展的策略,指出"以人为中心的内源发展"才是实现我国基层图书馆馆藏信息资源发展的可行之路。Based on endogenous development philosophy, this article discusses the construction of grass - roots li- brary collection resources, and through analyzing the related factors which conform to the concept of endogenous de velopment, it finally puts forward the strategies of the construction of grass - roots library collection information re som＇ces achieving endogenous development, points out that the ＂people -centered endogenous development＂ is the way of the development of grass - roots libraries in our counwy.
