摘 要:PTA(精对苯二甲酸)装置中球阀的主要失效形式是阀球与阀座密封面的磨损和腐蚀。为了提高密封面的耐磨性和耐腐蚀性,需进行表面硬化处理。论述了离子渗氮、超音速火焰喷涂、激光熔覆和PVD工艺的特点及钛材表面处理技术的前沿研究,结合PTA装置实际工况和球阀的选用原则,对阀球与阀座密封面配对材料和表面处理技术进行分析研究。In the PTA (purified terephthalic acid) device, the wear and corrosion between the valve ball and seat sealing surface becomes into main failure mode of ball valves. Surface hardening treatment there becomes necessary to improve sealing surface's wear and corrosion resistance. In this paper, the characteristics of ion nitriding, HVOF, laser cladding and PVD technology were discussed, including that of the cutting-edge research on the surface treatment technology of titanium materials. Combined with the actual conditions of the PTA device and the selection principle of ball valves, the matching material and surface treatment technology of the valve balls and seat sealing surface were analyzed.
