摘  要:开展了液压滚珠整形器中滚珠对套管的挤压试验,得到了不同加载载荷与径向位移的关系;然后采用有限元分析方法,选取套管和滚珠为研究对象,考虑套管材料的弹塑性和滚珠与套管的接触非线性特性,建立了液压整形器滚珠径向挤压套管力学模型和数值计算方法,得到挤压后套管的径向位移,并与试验结果进行对比,两者吻合较好,验证了数值模拟方法的正确性;最后研究了液压整形器中滚珠对不同材料套管挤压的影响,结果表明:当套管材料相同时,随着加载载荷的增加,卸载后3种材料套管的塑性位移和回弹量均呈增大趋势;当加载载荷相同时,随着材料强度的增加,卸载后套管的塑性位移呈降低趋势,回弹量呈增大趋势。The squeezing test of the ball to sleeve in hydraulic ball shaper was carried out and the relationship between different loads and radial displacement was obtained. Through making use of the finite element analysis method, selecting both the bushing and the ball as the research object and taking into account the elastoplasticity of bushing materials and the contact nonlinearity between the ball and the bushing, the mechanical model and the numerical calculation method of radial squeezing sleeve of the hydraulic shaper were established to obtain radial displacement of the sleeve after extrusion, both two results from the experiment and from the comparsion coincide quite well, this verifies the correctness of the numerical simulation method. Investigating the influence of the balls in the hydraulic shaper on the extrusion of casing which made of different materials shows that, as tot the same casing materials, with the increase of loading, both plastic displacement and spring back of three materials after unloading increases; regarding the same loading, when the material strength increases, the plastic displacement of the casing decreases and the springback increases.
