摘  要:针对污水中悬浮物与泥砂含量较高、加药量大等问题,基于旋流分离理论,提出一种可处理水中悬浮物与泥砂的三相旋流分离装置。采用正交试验法耦合主直径、总长度、圆锥角和旋流腔长度4个因素,并通过正交表确定试验方案。利用计算流体动力学软件Fluent对试验方案的三维流场与分离性能进行模拟对比分析,然后将优选后的结构与初始结构进行对比验证,确定最佳结构参数。Considering higher sediments and suspended solids in the wastewater and their treatment requires much more dosages, having cyclone separation theory based to propose a new three-phase hydroeyelone was implemented to separate solid and suspended particles from the water, including having orthogonal testing method used to couple main diameter, total length, cone angle and length of swirl chamber and the orthogonal table based to determine experimental schemes and the CFD software used to simulate and comparatively analyze 3D flow field and separation efficieney of the experimental schemes, and then having the optimized structure compared to the initial structure to ensure the best structure parameters.
