摘　　要：基于钴基费托合成集总反应动力学,使用Fluent对镇海炼化年产3 000t合成油试验装置进行工况模拟,得到的催化床层温度分布、CO转化率、出口物料组成、C5^+质量分数的模拟计算值与中试装置试验值吻合较好。讨论了反应器进口温度、进口压力、管外沸腾水温度和反应管管径对费托合成反应结果的影响,可进一步指导反应器设计开发和操作优化。Based on the lumping reaction kinetics of cobalt-based Fischer-Tropsch synthesis, having Fluent software adopted to simulate working conditions of a 3 000t/a synthetic oil testing apparatus was implemented to show that, the calculated values of the catalyst-bed temperature profiles, CO conversion, outlet composition and C5 ＋ mass fraction are consistent with the experimental data of the pilot plant for the 3 000t/a synthetic oil. Discussing the influence of inlet temperature, inlet pressure, boiling water temperature, and pipe diameter further provides the guidance for design and development of fixed-bed reactor and optimization of operation conditions.
