固化复合吸附剂13X沸石原粉-CaCl_2/30%硅溶胶在开式条件下的吸附性能研究

摘  要:开式吸附是指吸附剂在湿空气环境条件下对吸附质的吸附,通过研究其性能可以为空气制水等研究提供相关的研究基础。实验以13X沸石原粉和CaCl_2为基质,加入不同比例的30%浓度的硅溶胶,固化成复合吸附剂,测试在相同的湿度条件下,不同的温度对其吸附总量、吸附速率等性能的影响。实验表明,在空气相对湿度都为50%,不同温度的条件下,固化复合吸附剂的平衡吸附量在6.71~10.33g/100g之间,其中固化复合吸附剂在40℃时平衡吸附量最大为10.33g/100g,相比单一的13X沸石原粉和CaCl_2溶液复合的平衡吸附量7.62g/100g,其平衡吸附量提高了36%左右。Open adsorption refers to the adsorption of adsorbent to adsorbate under wet environmental conditions,it can provide the relevant research basis for the study of air water through the study onadsorbent' s performance. 13 X zeolite powder and CaCl2 as matrix in the experiment,adding different concentrations of 30% silica sol and curing into a composite adsorbent. Under the same humidity conditions,the effect of different temperature on the total amount of adsorption,adsorption rateis tested. Experiments show that the equilibrium adsorption capacity of the cured composite adsorbent is between 6. 71 to10. 33 g/100 gat the relative humidity of air is 50% and different temperature conditions. The equilibrium adsorption capacity of the composite adsorbent reached 10. 33 g/100 g at 40℃. Compared with tthe equilibrium adsorption capacity of composite adsorbent what the single 13 X zeolite powder and CaCl2 solution,it was 7. 62 g/100 g and increased about 36%.
