摘　　要：地处夏热冬暖地区的广州白天鹅宾馆,全年同时有冷热需求;该项目确立较高的节能目标,并结合实际情况采用空调热回收系统:新型水水热泵为系统提供热水的同时,又提供冷冻水副产品,并采用串联式罐分级蓄热技术稳定水源温度,提高了系统的可靠性与经济性。White Swan Hotel is in the area of hot summer and warm winter,it needs AC and hot water at the same time all year. The project establishes a high energy saving target,it has a heat recovery system of AC in combination with actual conditions： while the new heat bump providing hot water,and provides a by-product of frozen water,it stables water temperature by series tank classification regenerative technology,improves the reliability and economy of the system.
