摘　　要：结合建筑物的特点,从冷源、水系统、风系统、绿色建筑、BIM技术等方面介绍了该工程的空调及通风设计。重点介绍了复杂建筑过渡季节的通风设计和BIM技术的协作设计,为新技术在超高层建筑的合理运用提供了参考。With the building features, presents the air conditioning and ventilation design, including the cold source,water system,ventilation system,green building and BIM technology.
