摘　　要：近代(清咸丰至民国时期),岭南地区粤剧因牵涉太平天国起义而几近衰亡。此后,粤剧伶人集合全行业力量建立"八和会馆",粤剧假借"京戏"之名继续开展演出。观看粤剧成为岭南各阶层的重要休闲生活方式之一。粤剧演员由挂靠外江班勉强维生,到以"吉庆公所"为据点联结起买卖双方。后期,资本力量掌控演剧市场,促使其高度商业化。In the late 19 century, Yueju almost died because of political issues, and then came back to life in the name of ＂Peking opera＂ by the effort of Yueju performers. Yueju became a significant entertainment in the Lingnan region. Yueju performers went to places like Jiqing Gongsuo to find their costumers and earn a living. Later on, capital gained control of the theater market, and made Yueju highly commercial.
