血液净化患者实施无缝隙护理管理的方法及可行性研究

摘　　要：目的明确为血液净化患者开展无缝隙护理管理的方法及实际效果。方法随机选取本院在2016年3月—2017年3月收治的96例血液净化患者作为研究对象,将96例患者随机均分为常规组和管理组,每组各48例患者。两组患者均接受常规护理服务,管理组患者加用无缝隙护理管理方法。对两组护理人员护理质量以及患者对于护理工作的满意度进行分析和比较。结果与常规组比较,管理组护理人员护理质量评分明显更高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);与常规组比较,管理组患者护理满意度明显更高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在血液净化患者护理工作中开展无缝隙护理管理效果显著,能够有效提高护理质量和患者护理满意度。Objective To defne the method and efect of seamless nursing management for patients with blood purifcation. Methods 96 patients with blood purification in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were randomly selected as the research subjects. 96 patients were randomly divided into the routine group and the management group, with 48 patients in each group. Two groups of patients received routine nursing services, and patients in the management group were added with seamless nursing management. The nursing quality of two groups of nursing staff and patients＇ satisfaction with nursing work were analyzed and compared. Results Compared with the routine group, the nursing quality score of nursing staff in the management group was significantly higher, and the diference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Compared with the routine group, the nursing satisfaction of the management group was signifcantly higher, the diference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The efect of seamless nursing management in the nursing work of blood purifcation patients is remarkable, and it can efectively improve the quality of nursing and the satisfaction of patients＇ nursing.
