摘  要:目的分析抗感染药品严重不良反应的规律以及特点。方法随机选取2016年3月~2018年3月青海省内上报的200例抗感染药品严重不良反应病例进行回顾性分析,分析患者的年龄、性别、怀疑感染药品种类、不良反应累及器官/系统以及临床特征等。结果 50~59岁的人群严重不良反应发生率较高,高于其他年龄段人群,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);喹诺酮类出现严重不良反应的概率最高,发生率高于其他抗感染药品,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);全身严重不良反应发生率高于其他器官/系统,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);消化系统损害表现为肝功能异常,转氨酶水平升高等;泌尿系统损害表现为肾功能异常、肾炎等;皮肤损害表现为多行性红斑、皮疹等;全身反应,表现为真菌感染、曲霉菌感染、过敏反应等。结论抗感染药品导致的严重不良反应会累及患者多个器官和系统,应当引起临床医护人员的高度重视,提高对药品不良反应的警惕性。Objective To analyze the regularity and characteristics of serious adverse reactions of anti-infective drugs.Methods Aretrospective analysis of 200 cases of serious adverse reactions of anti-infective drugs reported in Qinghai Province from March 2016to March 2018 was conducted to analyze the age, sex, suspected drug types,adverse reactions involving organs/systems,and clinicalcharacteristics,etc.Results The incidence of serious adverse reactions was higher in the population aged 50 -59 years,which washigher than that in other age groups,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0.05);the highest probability of serious adversereactions occurred in quinolones,the incidence was higher than other anti-infective drugs,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0.05);The incidence of serious adverse reactions in the whole body was higher than other organs/systems,the difference wasstatistically significant( P〈0.05);digestive system damage was characterized by abnormal liver function and elevated transaminaselevels; urinary system damage was characterized by abnormal renal function and nephritis;skin lesions manifest as multiple erythema,rash,etc.;systemic reactions,manifested as fungal infections, aspergillosis,allergic reactions.Conclusion The serious adverse reactionscaused by anti-infective drugs will affect the multiple organs and systems of patients.It should be highly valued by clinical medicalstaff and improve the vigilance against adverse drug reactions.
