摘 要:采用飞秒激光加工技术在YT15硬质合金表面制备三角沟槽形微织构,按照面积占有率分别为5.05%、9.5%、13.02%和15.2%,制备出四种不同试样,并在MMG-10多功能摩擦磨损试验机上对织构化YT15硬质合金表面的摩擦副进行不同面积占有率下的对比试验,借助扫描电子显微镜分析工作表面的显微结构及形貌,进一步探究微织构致密度对工作表面摩擦磨损性能的影响.结果表明:相比于未织构化试件,具有一定面积占有率的三角沟槽形微织构有助于提高YT15硬质合金表面的摩擦性能,且面积占有率为9.5%时所产生的流体动压润滑效果最为显著.The microtexture of triangular grooves was prepared on the surface of YT15 cemented carbide surface by femtosecond laser processing technology,and the samples were prepared in four different samples according to the area occupancy rates of 5.05%,9.5%,13.02% and 15.2% respectively. The comparative experiment was conducted on the surface friction pairs of the YT15 cemented carbide surface on the MMG-10 multi-function friction wear tester. The microstructure and morphology of the work surface were analyzed by scanning electron microscope. The influence of the density of microtexture on the friction and wear properties of the work surface was further investigated. The results show that the microtexture of triangular grooves with a certain area share improved the friction performance of YT15 cemented carbide surface compared with the unwoven specimens,and the hydrodynamic lubrication effect was most remarkable when the area share was 9.5%.
