摘  要:以乙酸钡、硝酸氧锆、钛酸四丁酯为原料,La2O3、Fe2O_3作为掺杂物质,改变掺杂剂的用量及采用不同的烧结温度,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备出了BaZr(0.1)Ti(0.89)Fe(0.01)O3(BZTF)系介质陶瓷。研究了La掺杂对试样的晶体结构、微观形貌及弥散性铁电相变的影响。XRD结果显示所有试样均出现单一的钙钛矿型的特征峰。掺杂适量La^(3+)可以提高试样电性能。随La^(3+)含量的增加,试样的晶格畸变程度增加,使得居里温度向低温方向移动。同时,铁电相变弥散性程度的增加可归因于晶粒的生长变大和长程有序微区的减少。当掺杂0.6 mol%La时试样有最大程度的弥散性铁电相变,介电温度稳定性最佳:ε(25℃)=5680,tanδ=0.044,Tc=42℃,γ=1.89。The crystal structure, microstructure and diffuse phase transition of La doped BaZr0.1Ti0.89Fe0.01O3 (BZTF) ceramics prepared by sol-gel method using analytical reagent (AR) grade chemicals. The raw materials used in this study were barium acetate (Ba(CH3COO)2), calcium nitrate tetrahydrate (Ca(NO3)2.4H20), Zirconyl nitrate(ZrO(NO3)2 · 2H20), and Tetrabutyl titanate ([CH3(CH2)30]4Ti). X-ray diffraction (XRD) results revealed the single tetragonal perovskite structure at room temperature for all the ceramic samples. Higher sintering temperature was in favor of the sintering properties. A moderate amount of La content was benefit to make electric properties enhancement. The Curie temperature of all La doped ceramics decreased due to the increase of lattice distortion. Further, the degree of diffuse phase transition was enhanced, which can be attributed to the growth of the grain size and decrease of the long-range polar ordered region. The 0.6 mol% La-doped BZTF samples sintered at 1330 ℃ showed the maximum degree of diffuse phase transition and optimal temperature-dependent dielectric properties ( ε25℃ =5680, tanδ=0.044, Tc=42 X2, γ =1.89).
