摘 要:往复压缩机网络化监测诊断系统的研发应用对于实现机组预知维修是一个突破性进步。通过安装在往复压缩机上的状态监测系统,实现了对机组的实时监测和早期故障诊断,技术人员能够在机组发生重大损坏发生之前检测出压缩机组运行参数所发生的变化,将使设备管理人员有充足的时间应对机组的异常变化,避免压缩机组发生更严重的损坏和恶性事故。介绍了网络化监测诊断系统BH 5000R的软硬件设计,并结合该系统在现场的实际应用,介绍了网络化监测诊断系统在机组运行状态监测及分析诊断中所发挥的重要作用。Network monitor and diagnosis system is developed and used in reciprocating compressor is a breakthrough progress which can predict machine maintenance. By suing the monitor system mounted in reciprocating compressor, the online monitoring and early fault diagnosis for machine set can be realized. Technician can inspect the changes in the performance parameters before the faults occur so as to inform managing persons in time and avoid severe accidents. In this article, the design of network monitor and diagnosis system BH 5000R, including its hardware and software, was introduced. Combined with its practical application in site, the significance of this system in condition monitor and analysis based diagnosis for machine set was described.
