摘  要:为了查明一起加热炉蒸汽管线三通泄漏事故,对三通进行了检测分析。结果表明,三通泄漏是由于外壁焊趾处裂纹造成的,三通开裂失效性质为热疲劳,其主要原因是管线外壁防护铁皮破损漏雨产生热应力。采取了相应措施避免了类似事故的发生。To investigate an accident of leakage occurred in the tee in one steam pipeline connected with heating furnace, the tee was inspected and analyzed. It was shown from the result that the leakage in tee was caused by the crack existed in weld toe at outside thickness, and failure of tee cracking was attributed to hot fatigue. The main cause of the failure was leakage of rain in view of damaged protection iron sheet at outer pipe which induced hot stress in the pipeline. Then relevant measure has been used so as to protect the occurrence of the same accident.
