摘 要:随着高等教育不断大众化,高校毕业生面临巨大的就业压力,由于传统高等教育的各种弊端,使得高等教育与社会需求存在严重的脱节现象,导致高校毕业生就业雪上加霜。在这种情形下,引导和鼓励高校毕业生基层就业成为现阶段缓解就业压力、提高大学生综合素质的重要途径。国家各项政策实施以来,大学生基层就业确实取得了很大的进展,但是还存在一些问题,本文分析了这种现象的成因,探讨建立引导和鼓励大学生到基层就业的长效机制。With the popularization of higher education,college graduates are facing tremendous employment pressure.Due to various drawbacks of traditional higher education,there is a serious disconnect between higher education and social needs,which makes the employment situation of college graduates worse.In this case,guiding and encouraging college graduates to find jobs at the grass-roots level has become an important way to relieve the pressure of employment and improve the overall quality of College students.Since the implementation of various national policies,the employment of college students at the grass-roots level has made great progress,but there are still some problems.This paper analyzes the causes of this phenomenon,and then gives a long-term mechanism to guide and encourage college students to work at the grass-roots level.
