摘 要:片式散热器冷却变压器具有散热效率高,散热能力强的优点,其绕组和油的温升直接影响了变压器的绝缘性能,因此对变压器绕组和油的温升进行研究具有十分重要的意义。现有的绕组和油的温升计算方法较为复杂,计算误差相对较大。为了简化计算量,提高计算效率,避免复杂过程,提出了一种片式散热器冷却变压器绕组和油的温升工程计算方法,在分析了变压器的发热散热过程基础上,对片式散热器冷却变压器绕组对油的平均温升(铜油温差)、油平均温升、油顶层温升、绕组平均温升等进行计算,将工程计算的结果与变压器厂测得的结果做对比,验证了该工程算法的可行性。The chip radiator cooling transformer has the advantages of high efficiency and strong ability in heat radiation. As the windings and the oil temperature rise can directly affect the insulation performance of the transformer, it is of great significance to study its windings and the oil temperature rise. The existing calculation method of the windings and the oil temperature rise is rather complicated, with relatively large calculation error. In order to simplify the calculation, improve the calculation efficiency and avoid the complicated process, this paper proposes a new calcula- tion method, the engineering calculation method of cooling transformer windings and the oil temperature rise of chip radiator. The algorithm is to calculate the number of the windings, the average temperature rise of windings for oil (the copper oil temperature rise), the average oil temperature rise, the top oil temperature rise and the average temperature rise of the windings on the basis of the heat generation and radiation analysis. This engineering calculation method is proved feasible after its calculation result is compared with that from the transformer factory.
