摘  要:电子式互感器的数字输出校验是智能变电站的可靠运行中重要的环节。中国幅员辽阔季节变换时温度变化较大,根据高寒地区特殊使用情况,提出一种C++语言开发基于IEC 61850-9-2协议的电子式互感器校准系统及配套报文分析子软件的新思路。针对其特殊使用用途,硬件通过低温环境电子器件的选型等改进措施提高了校准装置精度和稳定性;软件通过希尔伯特变化算法解决了采用罗氏线圈的互感器微分环节的影响,并通过准同步算法有效地降低电网频率波动的非同步采样对误差结果的干扰,多线程工作机制保证了校准系统在采样、报文解析、算法、显示、存储处理等多任务处理的较高效率。最后在黑龙江低温环境下电子式互感器试验的结果表明,该设备满足现场检测的需要。The calibration of electronic transfer's digital out is significant part for the reliable operation of intelligent substation. Due to China has a vast territory, and the temperature changes greatly when the season changes, according to the particular condition in alpine region, a new idea of an calibration system and a message-analysis sub software is proposed, which base on IEC6 1850-9-2 is developed by C++ language. For its particular use, the hardware improves the accuracy and stability of the calibration device by the selection of low-temperature environment electronic components; The software solves the influence of the differential part of Rogowski coil transformer through the Hilbert algorithm, and effectively reduce interference of non-synchronous sampling grid frequency fluctuation error results through quasi synchronization algorithm, the multi-thread method guarantees the higher efficiency of the multi -task processing such as sampling, message parsing, algorithm, display and storage processing in the calibration system. Finally, the test results of the electronic transformer in the low temperature environment in Heilongjiang, The system fulfils requirements of on-site testing.
