摘 要:变压器绕组的动力学特性对于其抗短路能力和机械稳定性有着非常重要的影响。当绕组的固有频率接近电磁力的频率时,可能会引发绕组的共振,进而使得变压器的抗短路能力下降甚至造成变压器损坏。文中从变压器的轴向固有频率计算模型入手,研究了变压器线圈垫块弹性模量随温度的变化规律,并结合有限元软件研究了极寒条件下某110 kV变压器高压绕组的固有频率。研究结果表明,随着温度的降低,线圈垫块的弹性模量增大,绕组的固有频率升高,可能会与激励频率重合,引起绕组抗短路能力下降。该结论对于低温及极寒状态下变压器的运维和状态检修有重要的意义。The dynamic characteristic of power transformer winding has an important influence on its ability to withstand short circuit and maintain mechanical stability. When the natural frequency of winding gets close to the exciting frequency of electromagnetic force, it may lead to the winding resonance and cause the loss of mechanical stability of winding, even cause the winding damage. This paper begins with the winding model in axial natural frequency, studies the change of elastic modulus of winding spacers in low temperature as well as uses the FEM method to study the change of natural frequency of 110 kV transformer winding under arctic weather. The results show that under arctic weather, with the temperature decrease, the elastic modulus of winding spacers increase and the natural frequency of winding increase which may get close to the exciting frequency and lead to the loss of stability withstand short circuit. The conclusions may contribute to the state operation and condition maintenance of power transformer under low temperature and arctic weather.
