摘 要:为解决西部矿区采深增加带来的20~40 m区段煤柱防冲控制难等问题,提出了临界煤柱尺寸的设计方向,以彬长矿区高家堡煤矿为例开展了沿空掘巷无冲击窄煤柱的设计原则研究。通过有限元数值模拟分析了巷道开掘前后的应力分布环境,确定了无冲击窄煤柱的尺寸范围。针对5、6、7、8 m四个不同煤柱宽度参数,开展了基于围岩应力状态、围岩变形和安全性能的的综合对比分析,结合工程类比、理论分析,最终确定了合理的煤柱参数取值范围。选取8 m煤柱,开展了巷道开掘后的围岩应力二次分布规律研究,确定了围岩表面位移的临界参数,并在受冲击威胁的综放工作面回风巷内进行了8 m煤柱的工业试验,试验结果验证了设计的合理性。In order to solve the difficult problem of coal pillar impact control caused by the increase of mining depth in western mining area,this paper presents a design method of using coal pillar width to realize the 20 - 40 m of driving along goaf.This paper takes Gaojiabao Coal Mine of Binchang Mining Area as example to carry out the design principle research of the no-impact narrow coal pillar along the goaf.The stress distribution environment before and after roadway excavation was analyzed by finite element numerical simulation,and the size range of the no-impact narrow coal pillar was determined.According to the parameters of four different width coal pillars of 5,6,7,8 m,the stress state of the surrounding rock and the technical research of the coal pillar plastic compression zone are carried out,and the comprehensive comparison scheme for the safety of coal pillars,such as stress,deformation,support and disaster prevention is developed.Finally,combined with engineering analogy and theoretical analysis,the reasonable range of coal pillar parameters is determined. Considering the safety requirement of fire and waterproof,8 m coal pillar is selected,the paper studies the second time distribution law of surrounding rock stress after excavation,determines the critical parameters of the surface displacement of surrounding rock. The industrial test of 8 m coal pillar is carried out and the test results verified the rationality of the design.
