摘 要:聚羟甲基EDOT(PEDOT-OH)具有良好的电化学性能,能进行多样化学改性,是一种优秀的有机电极材料。使用小鼠成纤维细胞(NIH 3T3)评价PEDOT-OH的生物相容性,然后以大鼠永生化小神经胶质细胞(HAPI)和大鼠原代巨噬细胞(RM)为免疫细胞模型,研究PEDOT-OH对HAPI细胞和RM细胞的粘附、增殖和活化的影响。结果表明,与聚苯乙烯(细胞培养孔板材料)相比,PEDOT-OH具有更好的生物相容性,对HAPI细胞和RM细胞的粘附、增殖和活化具有显著的抑制作用。Poly( hydroxymethyl EDOT)( PEDOT-OH) has been widely used as an electrode material for bioelectronics due to its excellent electrochemical performance and easy accessibility to chemical modification. In this work,the biocompatibility of PEDOT-OH by culturing NIH3T3 cells on it was evaluated. Effects of PEDOT-OH on the depressed attachment,proliferation and activation of two immune cells,the immortalized rat microglial cells( HAPI) and rat primary macrophage( RM),were investigated. The results indicate that compared with polystgrene,PEDOT-OH has depressed significantly the attachment,proliferation and activation of HAPI cells and RM cells.
