摘  要:设计了3种浓度的硫酸溶液,通过氧化试样的中性盐雾试验,研究了影响6061铝合金硬质阳极氧化的主要因素。结果表明,在120~180 g/L硫酸浓度范围内,浓度对封孔后膜层的耐盐雾性能无明显影响。本文条件下,电流密度越大,槽电压越高。电流密度线性地影响着膜层厚度,而对膜层硬度影响不大。槽液温度对氧化电压影响很大,温度越低,槽电压越高,尤其是氧化后期,电压上升迅速。槽液温度对氧化膜层颜色影响很大,但对氧化膜层厚度和硬度无明显影响。Three types of sulfuric acid solution with different concentrations were designed and the main factors affecting the hard anodic oxidation of 6061 aluminum alloy were studied by neutral salt spray test. The results show that the concentration of sulfuric acid in the range of 120 ~ 180 g/L has no obvious effect on the salt resistance of the film after sealing. Under the test condition of this research,the larger the current density,the higher the trough voltage is. The current density has a linear influence on the film thickness but has little effect on the hardness of film. The temperature of the bath has great influence on bath voltage: the lower the temperature is,the higher the bath voltage is,and in the later period of oxidation,the voltage rises rapidly.The bath temperature has a great influence on the color of film surface but has no obvious effect on the thickness and hardness of film.
