补肾益肺胶囊治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期肺肾气虚证肺功能Ⅲ、Ⅳ级患者疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察补肾益肺胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）稳定期肺肾气虚证肺功能Ⅲ、Ⅳ级患者的临床疗效。方法：将入选患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组在西医基础治疗的基础上,给予中药补肾益肺胶囊;对照组仅给予西医基础治疗。共治疗26周。观察患者的临床总有效率及治疗前后FEV1、FEV1/FVC、FEV1占预计值百分比及肺功能等级的变化。结果：治疗后观察组总有效率36.67%,对照组总有效率为20.00%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者FEV1、FEV1/FVC在治疗后较治疗前升高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后两组患者肺功能等级评定较治疗前均无明显改善。结论：补肾益肺胶囊能提高临床总有效率,减轻气流受限,改善肺功能。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Yifei Capsule in patients with lung and kidney qi deficiency syndrome of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） in stable period,stage Ⅲ,Ⅳpulmonary function. Methods：The selected patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases each. On the basis of basic treatment of western medicine,the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine Bushen Yifei Capsule;the control group was only given basic medical treatment for26 weeks. The total clinical effective rate of patients,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,FEV1 as a percentage of predicted value and changes of lung function grade before and after treatment were observed. Results：After treatment,the total effective rate was 36.67% in the observation group and 20% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were increased after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment,the lung function grades of the observation group and the control group were not significantly improved compared with those before treatment. Conclusion：Bushen Yifei Capsule can improve the total clinical efficiency,relieve airflow limitation and improve lung function.
