摘　　要：共享经济以分离资源使用权的形式实现了生产资料由私人占有到社会公众使用的变革。本文认为,共享经济的所有权与使用权分离、使生产资料的私人占有变为社会公众使用、人人参与共建共享、实现非人格交易等产权属性与马克思主义所有制理论的重构个人所有制、生产资料归社会公有、私有制导致生产过剩和实现人的解放与全面发展的观点是基本一致的,是新经济情境下马克思主义所有制的融合、创新与发展。它在所有制理论的理论范畴内,以使用权的高速流转和无缝衔接实现了生产、生活资料的公众使用,突破了生产资料公有化会导致生产积极性相对较低的悖论,有效提高了资源利用效率和经济运行速度、实现了人的全面发展与解放,是马克思主义所有制理论的时代化。The sharing economy has realized the transformation of production materials from pri-vate possession to public use in the form of the separation of resource use rights. This paper argues that the property attribute of the sharing economy, such as the separation of the ownership and the use rights, the transformation of production materials from private possession to public use, every- one participating in the construction and sharing, the realization of non-personal transactions, are all basically consistent with the views of Marxist ownership theory, such as the reconstruction of individual ownership, the social public ownership ing to overproduction and the realization of human tegration, innovation and development of Marxist of production materials, private ownership lead- liberation and all-round development. It is the in- ownership theory under the new economic situa- tion. Within the theoretical scope of ownership theory, the sharing economy realizes the public use of production and living materials by the high-speed flow and seamless connection of usage rights and breaks through the paradox that the publicization of production materials will lead to relatively low production enthusiasm. And it improves the efficiency of resource utilization and economic op- eration effectively, and realizes the all-round development and liberation of human beings. This is the era of Marxist ownership theory.
