摘　　要：本测试系统是在现有手动测试电路基础上，将通用仪器连接至PC机，由LabVIEW开发平台开发上位机软件控制通用仪器操作状态、数据采集和表格生成，实现产品全部电测试指标的自动化测试。This test system is based on the original manual test circuit. The test system connects the general instrument to the PC. The upper computer software developed by LabVIEW development platform controls the switching status, da- ta collection and table generation of general instruments. The test system finally realizes the automatic test of all electri- cal test indexes of the product.
