摘  要:以四级生物安全实验室中相对密闭的气体消毒间为研究对象,选取了3种消毒剂(过氧化氢、甲醛和二氧化氯)和4种消毒设备(过氧化氢干雾灭菌器、过氧化氢蒸气灭菌器、甲醛熏蒸灭菌器和二氧化氯气体发生器),各使用一个典型消毒程序,实时监测消毒过程中房间压力和温度的变化,定性分析压力变化的原因。研究结果表明:在消毒过程中,房间内均会出现较大的正压差;影响消毒过程中房间压力变化的主要原因是气体物质的量增加和温度变化;在消毒起始阶段,正压差会导致病原微生物泄漏的风险,对实验室围护结构密封也存在损坏风险。Taking a relatively airtight gas disinfection room in BSL-4 as research object, selects three disinfectants (hydrogen peroxide, formaldehyde and chlorine dioxide) and four disinfection equipment (hydrogen peroxide dry-mist vapor, hydrogen peroxide vapor, formaldehyde fumigator and chlorine dioxide gas fumigator). Each type of disinfection equipment uses a typical sterilization procedure to real- time monitor the room pressure and temperature changes during sterilization, and qualitatively analyse the causes of pressure variations. The results show that there is a positive pressure difference in the room during the process of sterilization. The main causes of room pressure variation during the process of sterilization are the increase of gas substance amount and the temperature variation. The positive pressure difference will lead to a leakage risk of pathogenic microbial at the initial stage of sterilization and damage risk of the envelope seal.
