针刺联合前庭康复训练对前庭性眩晕残余症状的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨针刺“泥丸八阵”联合前庭康复训练治疗前庭周围性眩晕残余症状临床有效性。 方法 32例进入残余症状期前庭周围性眩晕患者,选取以“泥丸八阵”、晕听区、风池为主穴的针刺方案,结合辨证选取相应穴位,联合前庭康复训练,进行为期2周的治疗。运用“泥丸八阵”针刺联合前庭康复训练治疗,7天1个疗程,观察2个疗程采集治疗前、后患者的Berg平衡量表积分（BBS）、前庭症状指数（VSI）、眩晕病症状与功能及生活质量评估（DHI）进行判定疗效。 结果 治疗2周后总有效率达98.3%,DHI总指数和子指数（DHI-P（躯体）,DHI-F（功能）,DHI-E（情绪）与治疗前相比差异有显著性（ P 〈0.01）,Berg量表评分与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义（ P 〈0.05）。 结论 “泥丸内八阵”法治疗,可以明显改善患者生活质量,持续2周治疗,帮助患者尽快消除眩晕残留症状,利于前庭功能康复。Objective To observe the curative effect of “Ni Wan Ba Zhen” combined with vestibular rehabilitation training on vestibular vertigo with residual symptoms.To explore the effect of it for the vestibular compensation. Methods Select the “Ni Wan Ba Zhen”,“Yunting” area,“Fengchi（GB20）” acupoints combined with point selection treatment based on syndrome differentiation,select the corresponding points,combined with vestibular rehabilitation training for 2 weeks of treatment. Results After treatment,DHI,DHI-P,DHI-F and DHI-E and SVV compared with before treatment, P 〈0.01,means which has obviously statistical the difference in meaning.And BBS compared with before treatment, P 〈0.05,means which has statistically the difference in meaning. Conclusion The acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of vestibular vertigo can improve the quality of life obviously help patients eliminate vertigo residual symptoms as soon as possible and is beneficial to the rehabilitation of vestibule function.
